Two different routes, because we hold two different kinds of data.
Email info@usesavi.com from the address registered on your account, with the subject line Delete my data. Tell us your business name and the WhatsApp number connected to Savi.
We will delete your account, your conversation history, your bookings and any documents your customers sent, and we will confirm by email once it is done. No form to fill in and no charge.
If you sent a WhatsApp message to a clinic, salon, coaching centre or similar and they use Savi to reply, that business decides what happens to your data, not us. We only process it on their instructions.
So contact that business first and ask them to delete your record. If you cannot reach them, or they do not respond, email info@usesavi.com with the phone number you messaged from and the name of the business, and we will act on it for you.
We respond within 30 days, and usually much faster. You do not need an account or a login to make the request.
We delete everything we can. Where the law requires us to retain something, such as invoice and tax records for a payment that was made, we keep only that record and nothing more, for only as long as we are required to.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may also ask to access your data or have it corrected. Same address, same 30 days. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
